Annual Service
A $50 credit will be applied towards the purchase of a modem when a customer signs up for a twelve month contract. A $99 early termination fee will apply.

Requires modem purchase for month to month service.
Cancellation Policy
Account cancellation requests will be effective on the first day of the month following receipt of the request. To assure accurate statement processing all account cancellation requests must be received at least 72 hours prior to the effective date.
